Bradley Shende Bio

Bradley Shende is an executive advisor, strategist, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, media, education, and social impact. His career has spanned corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, advisory roles, and community-based systems change initiatives.

Bradley is a founding partner of Indigenext, one of Canada’s first Indigenous business accelerators. Since 2016, he has helped raise over $20 million in funding and supported over 100 Indigenous-led and mission-driven enterprises, supported the launch and growth of multiple organizations, and contributed to reshaping national conversations around reconciliation, economic development, and innovation. His work emphasizes alignment between vision, culture, community, and execution.

Previously, Bradley led production for Chalk Media and subsequently acquired ChalkTV and launched M2O, an award-winning digital agency and pioneer in online video streaming and production that worked with global technology brands including Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, Sony, Samsung, Acer, Hitachi, HP, IBM, JVC, Schneider, and CA Technologies. Under his leadership, M2O pioneered early digital, mobile, and live-streaming platforms, produced large-scale educational media, launched over 1000 product campaigns reaching over 500m in revenue and helped organizations translate emerging technologies into clear, concise human-centered experiences. Earlier, his senior production roles included award-winning television, breakthrough web content, as well as interactive projects including a Mobile Platform later acquired by Research In Motion (BlackBerry).

Bradley has also spent over a decade as an advisor and faculty member at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, helping shape curriculum and prepare students for careers in digital design, development, and user experience, and two decades as a commentator and with syndicated programming on technology trends and futurism for Discovery, MSN.com, MSN.ca, GlobalTV, CTV and CityTV.

A recipient of multiple international awards for innovation, learning, and creative excellence, Bradley brings a calm, strategic presence to complex challenges, and a deep rooted human alignment and heart. He works with leaders and organizations seeking clarity, alignment, and practical pathways forward in times of change.
