What Bradley Does:

Perspective & Advisory

Clarity when the path isn’t obvious.

I advise leaders facing consequential or “sticky” problems, organizational change, emerging technologies, and complex stakeholder environments.

Most difficult problems aren’t difficult because nobody knows what to do.

They’re difficult because different people see the problem differently, the system has evolved around old assumptions, and the obvious solution creates a new problem somewhere else.

The work often begins with questions that don’t fit neatly into a strategy deck:

What’s really going on here? What are we seeing that others might be missing? Who needs to be part of the conversation? And what would it take to move from a good idea to something people can actually believe in and build?

I’m usually less interested in the obvious problem than in what’s underneath it.

What changed? What are we assuming that may no longer be true? Where is the friction really coming from? What does the technology make possible? What are people actually experiencing? And where is the opportunity hiding in all of that?

From there, the work is about finding the signal, often a weak or un-amplified signal, making sense of the system, and figuring out what to do next.

I bring an outside perspective, strategic judgment, and experience across technology, media, entrepreneurship, education, and social impact to help leaders see the system more clearly and make better decisions.

Typical work includes: executive advisory, strategic planning, master content strategies, narrative and organizational alignment, governance, stakeholder dynamics, and navigating moments of significant change.

Innovation, Technology & Transformation

Making technology useful, understandable, and human.

Technology changes quickly. Organizations rarely do.

I help leaders understand how emerging technologies and digital systems intersect with strategy, culture, people, and existing ways of working.

The focus isn’t technology for its own sake. It’s understanding what a technology makes possible, what it changes, what it disrupts, and how an organization can adopt it without losing sight of the people and systems that determine whether it succeeds.

Typical work includes: emerging technology strategy, digital transformation, technology assessment, AI and innovation strategy, adoption, change sequencing, and human-centred transformation.

Narrative, Content & Communication

Helping important ideas travel.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked across television, digital media, journalism, branded content, education, social media, live events, and emerging platforms.

I help organizations turn complex ideas into stories, content, experiences, and conversations that people can understand and engage with.

Sometimes that means defining the narrative. Sometimes it means building the content strategy. Sometimes it means producing the thing itself. Once the difficult problem under the surface is revealed, a new and better story emerges.

Typical work includes: narrative strategy, content ecosystems, thought leadership, editorial strategy, executive communication, video and digital production, knowledge translation, audience development, and multi-platform storytelling.

Leadership, Culture & Community

Change lasts when people can see themselves in it.

Strategy doesn’t operate in a vacuum. Culture, relationships, trust, incentives, history, and community all shape what is possible.

I work with leaders and organizations to navigate the human side of transformation—particularly where different perspectives, interests, cultures, or systems need to find a way forward together.

My experience includes organizational culture, facilitation, conflict and mediation, reconciliation, Indigenous economic development, social innovation, and community building.

Typical work includes: leadership facilitation, strategic mentoring, workshops, stakeholder alignment, conflict management, reconciliation and impact strategy, community engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.

Speaking & Facilitation

Making complex ideas understandable.

I speak, moderate, and facilitate conversations around technology, innovation, progress, leadership, culture, and the future.

My approach combines more than 25 years of experience in technology and media with a storyteller’s instinct for making complicated subjects accessible, relevant, and human.

I work with executive teams, organizations, conferences, educators, entrepreneurs, and communities to create conversations that challenge assumptions, surface new possibilities, and move people toward action.
